At Amoura, we have partner factories overseas and local staff.
We carefully inspect each product and deliver it to customers only after confirming its quality.
Inspection contents
- Check that the product style, quantity, color, size, and model match.
- Check for any obvious stains or damage.
- We inspect the fabric for defects such as holes (diameter 0.5cm or more), scratches (length 1cm or more), and loose threads (length 1cm or more, or multiple threads sticking out).
- We check for any defects that may interfere with wearing the garment, such as stains, dirt, discoloration, large distortions, or poor stitching.
About size
- Size information is listed at the bottom of each product page.

In addition, for some products, an image of the size chart is posted at the end of the product image.
Please check that as well. - All sizes are listed in cm (centimeters).
- Since measurements are taken flat, there may be an error of 1 to 3 cm.
Important Notice (Must Read)
- The actual color may differ depending on your monitor and lighting.
- There may be poor stitching, loose threads, small stains, etc., which are common to overseas products, but as long as it does not interfere with wearing the product, it does not constitute a defective product.
- We cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed, so please check the order details carefully before proceeding.
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will inspect it based on our inspection standards and then offer a replacement or refund.

Please note that as this product is imported from overseas, it may take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Delivery is available nationwide for a flat rate of ¥1,000.
*Shipping fee of ¥1,500 will be charged to Okinawa and remote islands only.
